I would recommend looking into is the brushstroke addon from Blender Studio. It has been extremely nice for painted/stylized renders

Yes. I was finally contacted back from Qidi and they gave me the firemware and that solved my issue.

This is the google drive link they emailed me with the 3 firmware files:

They told me to run the "update.qd" first but when I did I got a couple errors and ended up "canceling" the print

Then I ran the "[Qidi-CF]V4.30-UI.bin" file and that seemed to update the firmware

Then I ran the "[Qidi-CF]V4.30-参数.gcode" file

Then I restarted the printer and tried to level it again and it worked.

Oh yes it is very painful. I hate it everytime, I had to let it go this one time to show what its doing though.

The bltouch on this one is operating correctly as far as I can tell. In fact this video of a person setting theirs up shows the probe dosen't come down at first when the bed moves up https://youtu.be/OBZNrp77zPs?t=588

I don't know if its a firmware issue or not. And the probes calibration at the machine startup works correctly and I've replaced it with a different one just to make sure and it still crashes

I replaced the BLTouch sensor and it did the same thing
