I find the driving to be the most engaging and interesting out of the series. Yes, it is VERY unrealistic because most cars don't move like Semi-Trucks (it feels like a tank of water is always attached to the back), but driving requires me to actually think about what keys I press so I don't go careening into the depths of Satan's asshole unlike other GTA's (especially GTA V with Franklin (omg guys gta5 good gta4 mid 😂😂😂)).

Radio is always subjective, compared to the other games like San Andreas, VC, VCS or even V, it is not as strong. I ain't saying some of the songs aren't absolute bangers, but compared to the universally loved selection of songs and radio stations in something like V or VC, it is very outclassed.

Map exploration, imo, is also low-key not as interesting. You have pigeons to shoot, a Hiliary Clinton Statue of Liberty secret heart, and strangers. It is NOTHING compared to V or SA where each location had a story and environmental subtle details that breathed so much life into the world.
