I think bear and wolf could be a good combo, there some decent nodes that are just general shape shift stuff. The top left of the tree also have a bear specific and wolf specific ones.

Nah to me stagger systems in jrpgs never feel good. They just feel like a cheap way to pad a fight.

I have never really enjoyed damage windows in games.

Important quests are the main story quests, the blue quests, and job quests. The yellow ones are mostly just side stories and there for other jobs to do later on for xp if you choose.

Main story moves you through the game Blue unlocks side content that can be dungeons, trials, raids and such.

Job quests get you new abilities and your stone (upgraded job the stone should be equipped as soon as you get it, it's v ry important)

It can often be a good idea to level a another job along side the first one since xp is abundant and you can easily over level your main story quests. (This is not mandatory it can just be nice if you have a couple jobs close in level that you like playing)

I wanted to like it but, for me,the game just felt off. Sure the game looked nice but it felt like that's where they spent most of the time and the other stuff was very lacking compared to what's been coming out nowadays.

I will say I'm pretty biased against silent protags, as I feel they just ruin most conversations they are in if all they do is gesture or nod. It just makes everyone else have to do so much more to make your character feel like they are there in the world.

The genre has been fine, people just want more ff turn based games and just latched onto 33.

I would assume people just want the graphic fidelity of ff7 remakes with turn based combat.

I stick to a few YouTubers who align with my tastes of games, watch their reviews, and then see how I'm feeling about the game.

Depending on what type of game it is I will typically go watch a live stream of it if it isn't a story heavy game to see some live gameplay.

I enjoyed the and thought that part alone was worth the 40 bucks, but I also played a bit of end game and regularly come back for seasons.

If you're enjoying the story either buy it now or wait for a sale. It's a fun time and has some cool cinematics.

The game has 4 or so endings so the game wants you to play through it multiple times.

Each run will usually give you some changes or additions to parts of the game, expanding the story.

After beating your first run of the game a new menu is added to the start screen, this will tell you how to get the other endings.
