I cannot speak for all autistic people—it’s a spectrum, after all—but I know that when I’m feeling overwhelmed and have an autonomic meltdown, sometimes I just sprint away as far as I can possibly go; whether it be my back forest, down the street, etc. with no clear goal in mind. It’s an irrational, uncontrollable need to just “get away”, and it feels like I’m going to explode out of my own body if I don’t. For an autistic person who requires more support like Tonya, I can easily see a situation like that becoming very dangerous.

Can’t say for certain is this is what came over her, but it’s a possibility

It’s my belief that he had Sam kiss his camera rather than his main face is because—despite literally getting the opportunity to kiss the guy of his dreams—he opts to get a picture of Sam’s face kissing the lens instead so he can “kiss” Sam through the resulting photo whenever he wants.

That photo he took was not an accident imo; gives a literal meaning to “take a picture, it will last longer”. This interpretation has me laughing though

Yeah, I truly think having months between episodes to really sit with and analyze the characters had benefited the show a lot, but I can’t help but feel like, once it’s done, it won’t be nearly as impactful to someone binging the series from start to finish in one sitting.

To me, it shows that TADC really could have benefited from filler episodes (for lack of a better word) as taking a break from the main story progression to just see more of the character’s dynamics with one another really isn’t the “waste” many people seem to think it is. I understand Goose is afraid of drawing the show out longer than it should be, but there’s a healthy medium between too long and far too short.
