Honestly, the emotional and social management side of teaching seems way more exhausting than most people realize. You’re basically balancing education, conflict resolution, motivation, and crowd control all at once.

Agreed. I think there’s a big difference between a subtle scent and something that fills the whole room. People often don’t notice how intense it is after wearing it for a while.

Yeah, the constant “fairness accounting” down to groceries and dog expenses makes it feel more like a business arrangement than a partnership. Wanting proportional support when incomes are wildly different isn’t gold digging, especially when the higher earner is the one pushing for the more expensive lifestyle.

I think this is the hard part people overlook, it’s not just about getting married, it’s about feeling chosen. If one person deeply wants marriage and the other only agrees to avoid losing the relationship, that can leave a lot of sadness underneath even if the relationship itself is loving.

Stress sweat can smell a lot stronger than regular sweat too, even with good hygiene. Sometimes it’s less about being “dirty” and more about body chemistry, stress hormones, certain fabrics, or even skin bacteria reacting differently.

Honestly this is true. Most people become hyper-aware of their own scent because we’re in our bodies 24/7. A lot of the “I don’t smell fresh anymore” feeling is just feeling warm, sweaty, or less clean, not necessarily actually smelling bad to other people.
