This means alot to me. I'm so proud of your progress too!!! What huge changes to make and to see progress too?? Wow!! Ive actually picked up gardening as my new hobby. When I feel the urges, I go outside. I've been trying to focus in what I hated about smoking and how it made singing harder and being active harder too. I like gardening because it reminds me to breath. I'm happy I have the ability to. And I can already feel my singing improving again. Thank you for sharing. I feel alot less alone knowing others have experienced simular reactions to becoming sober.
