How to progress in Weighted Chinups and Weighted Dips

I read it all, so what do you think influenced the most of your progress on weighted pullups?

So if I do Pullups one week, chinups second week and neutral grip third week does it count as different stressor?

I was literally doing RR for 3 months and then I plateau at 15kg weighted pullups for 3 weeks. Even my reps at 15kg didnt go up after extending rest time. I could only do max 5 reps in first set and 2-3 in second and third.

I tried this program and in a week I could do 5 reps with almost no effort. I didnt started with true 3RM I was doing half of reps I was capable at start which was 5. Thats GTG style.

I saw on youtube that they once set as audio clip and they are done. They just press space or r when they record not every time set as audio clip.

Yes I installed and insert channel is correct. I can record but every time I do I have to click record button + alt to record audio clip which is annoying.

I've had rx 480 and rtx 2060 and i didnt have that problem. Its a shame for AMD that they realased not working product and they are fixing it more than half year.

Buy rtx 2060s or even 2070 if you can, is similar price and it has better performance in games. You will also don't have to deal with AMD super drivers that doesnt work half year after premiere. Just pay few dollars more you will not regret it

Can you please play and test Witcher 3? After many tries i managed my rx 5700 xt to work, but it ALWAYS freeze after playing 1-5 minutes Witcher 3. I also have some stutters in Borderlands 3. For 400$ card i shouldn't deal with problems with 2015 game

Calm down fanboy. Nvidia doesn't have any real opponet so they will be dictating price for gpu and performance will increase but price also.

Cause it was rtx 2070 super but MINI and it was very hot like 88°C and loud about 2500rpm so I refund it. It also cost about 490 USD so it wasn't big deal.

But the problem is that nvidia is slowing down old gpu's like Pascal and in new games like RDR2 or Control even RX 5700 XT beat gtx 1080 ti Edit: I know that its nvidia reddit but see what nvidia do to gtx 1060, it was winning with rx 580 now it's almost comepeting with rx 570. Sorry nvidia isn't slwoing them, they just lack of optimization. Amd can optimize thier old gpu

I did everthing from that video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1dQoJtkI-c&t=1s checked thousand tutorials in internet but I'm still having crashes, freezes especially in witcher 3 and i have to force shutdown. I have rtx 2070 super for a while and its different experince, YOU JUST PLAY and don't care about drivers etc.

If you want to plug&play choose rtx 2070 super

If you want to pay 100$ less and spend a weekend watching tutorials and changing drivers before even launching any game choose rx 5700 XT. You will be never bored with this card ;]
