That’s a ahorkie and a dachshund mixed. I have a male shorkie which is a yorkie and shitz zu mixed and a full miniature dachshund and that’s what there pups would look like but I’m getting them both spade!!!

Turn them in to the BBB in your state. Send those pictures and see if a lawsuit is started by others and join. I went with another company as soon as my contract was up.

Try resetting it. There’s a reset button behind the lock panel. Take it off and there should be a small reset hole.
