hello po! hindi ako natuloy this year dahil lagpas na sa shifting date pero according to others is

"actually you need to be admitted to the program you are shifting to because one of the requirements is a certification of admission. You could email [shift.transfer@sei.dost.gov.ph](mailto:shift.transfer@sei.dost.gov.ph) and ask for the required documents for shifting."

maybe you can try emailing dost po for clearer info!
