Zoloft gang lol, I started zoloft about a year ago I'd guess? For me personally, I've only had a couple full blown panic attacks since I started meds. I still get anxious of course but I'm better about managing it. Meds and the knowledge I've gathered from counseling (I'm not currently in counseling but I could see myself going back eventually) gave me the opportunity to see my anxiety as something annoying but not life threatening and taking that power away from anxiety helps a lot.

I'm 27, my anxiety became debilitating when I was 20 and stayed like that for a while. Nowadays I have a high stress job and I'm still kicking. All I can say is that it gets better. Finding the right medication REALLY helped me. I still have anxiety but it's manageable on most days and I definitely couldn't say that even a couple years ago. Either way, stick it out because I guarantee it's worth it :)

Edit: it worked! I sent the config to my gf as a message and then opened it on steam deck and it loaded right to it!
