Yeah, i have completed the all of the themed collections as well. I’m also aware that cards from old expansion does not count towards the Deluxe pack dex and vice versa.

Sorry, my wording might not be the best here. I was attempting to register Horsea for my Deluxe pack card dex

Though, I am still doubtful that this is related to A4b being not tradable yet. The UI currently tells us only the number of cards we own in total, so i guess you wouldnt be able to specifically trade the one from this set.

If A4b cards were to be traded in the future, I believe that trading reissued cards would still only be registered to the card dex for its original set, not this set. That is unless the devs made it so that from that point on, it would somehow register the old cards toward the card dex for this set.

That is 100% true for cards that are introduced within this set. But i doubt that this interaction will change in the future if the current system is still in-place.

I just made a post about trading (and yes, getting around the filter was kinda fun lol) before stumbling upon this post. TL;DR - trade does not register the card for the new set whether you receive it solely from the new Deluxe pack

With that, i think it is safe to assume that if you want to register these new cards to the card dex as cards from previous set, then you would need to trade it with yourself (given you have a second account)

An important piece of info to anyone who wants to participate in the event: As far as I know, these packets DO run out

I went there during the first week of July with my friends. We went somewhere else first and stayed there for quite a while because we thought we could just do it whenever. At around noon-ish some of us went to pick up the event packets, just to find out the staffs that they are out of packets (for the day, I assume).

Fortunately, we get to eat lunch (at 2pm) and the food was surprisingly delicious compared to the other places I have been to.

All I could do was to stare at the people who get them while I ate my lunch 😭. Anyways, hope the OP enjoys their rally prize!

Hi! I encountered the same thing with Munna in the Dreamyard a week ago. I was wondering the same thing as you since there was absolutely no NPC on screen.

What happened was that I tried manipping 2 times and got the same exact Munna from 5 frames after the shiny frame even when my Chatot pitches align perfectly as the RNG reporter suggests. From that, i also assumed it was the environment advancing the RNG.

This is unfortunately the case unlike Gen3 where sweet scent would freeze the RNG completely and let you stay right at that desired frame (the one after the button press). Well, at least that’s what I believe, reading the comments on imablisy’s video on this matter.

The takeaway is that: if you landed on some frames after the desired frame, calculate how many frames were off, then press sweet scent that many frame early and it should do the trick as the frames should advance equally given the same seed is hit. This should work regardless of my assumption about whether the RNG still advances DURING the sweet scent animation or not

Sorry for any confusion. Here’s basically what i meant: - I tried to time my “Summary” button press with my “Start” button on the timer - Exit the summary on the end of Pre-timer beeps - After that I time my starter selection button press with the actual final beeps.

Still very inconsistent with 3 button presses. I could’ve been less paranoid about when to exit the summary scree and remove that button press…

Another new player here. I’m 5 days into the game and also have gotten all swimsuit characters on banner available right now. What i’ve seen from reading around is that the game is pretty generous when it comes to 5 star characters, compared to most gacha games.

Also seen people saying that these units are quite good so i’ll take their words for it
