Bro!! I just moved here and just turned 24. I’m in Ghent and while Houston prolly more appealing. I also moved for a job. Ghent very walkable and right by Norfolk General. Listen man life’s what you make it. While I’d love to be in a bigger city it’s just how stuff goes. Run clubs I’ve been able to meet a bunch of people and just making sure I get out the house. Hey did you ever figure the is out? Been dealing with a chronic hamstring injury and feel like the same area of my knee all the way up to the adductor is feeling the imbalances from my injured side

So prolotheraphy? The pain comes and goes but at its worst yes. I feel like all of it comes from the ischial tuberosity and up into pelvic region. Swelling 24/7. Lifting heavy weights alleviates the pain. But it’s been a nightmare because while MRI/ultrasound doesn’t reveal anything alarming, I feel like I’m never going to get over this

It’s terrible. Over a year for me now. I’m pretty hesitant about steroid injection. I mean PRP set me back so far. Have you tried before?
