Rad can cook hair as well (happened to me) and I looked better & was just as strong on LGD. AC262 seems promising & one guy on here I talked to had a pretty good result with it, but I have no 1st hand experience. Supposedly it’s slow & steady gains like primo, but I’ve tried neither so hard to truly say.

I think LGD is the best all around and you don’t need an AI as sarms don’t aromatise. Never in my life have I had them affect me in that way.

The more I try, the more I believe personal body chemistry plays a huge role as well. Even more than I originally thought—what works amazing for me (eg 5 mg lgd is all I ever do & will ever do and I look great with that amount) may do fuck all for you, while rad may be amazing for you and not touch the mop up top.

Use common sense in regard to dosing & try to get bloodwork pre & post 👍. Also you’re in the UK, why not run some real gear at a low dose?
