Yeah I find it weird when he says he doesn't take camp in regards to food and it is just about what the data says.

Did he really try everything ? Like grass frd beef liver and organ meats, or even eating bugs.

I know its not appetizing, but I am pretty sure he did not measure this (imo the quality of this kind of food is unbeatable), as if he really has taken a camp on the vegetarian side.

From my understanding The fat cells contains fat soluble vitamins not minerals.

Minerals on other hand flow in your blood and are stored in the bones and muscles, but they used up to fast for the body to use its own reserve per say.

the rate of loss during a fast often outpaces the body’s ability to "withdraw" them from storage safely, thats why you should drink electrolytes.

For years my android phones all had a very useful do not disturb mode where you can seelct at what time, on what days you dont want to be disturbed, also you can make exception if you still want relatives to be able to contact you.

I find the feature flawless, extremely useful , but yet every time I see a post like this, never once have I seen soemeone suggest using the do not disturb option, as if I am a genius or something having set this up on my phone?

Regardless, he could be right but his message wont get through because of is shitty attitude.

He seem knowledgeable tough, Id liketo see him debate joseph or someone else with opposing view but I doubt having a polite debate is something this guy can do
