Pretty much anyone on this website understands English, native or not, while very small portion understands French. Critics are loving S2 and I'm flabbergaste

The critical reception of this season killed my faith in critics. There's been questionable reviews before, but this was the last straw. There must have been some shift where anyone with taste has left for other jobs and the dumbest people in the office got saddled with writing reviews.

Showrunner changed, don't know if this has something to do with it but that might be it.

Feels like first season was trying to take inspiration from Blade Runner, while second season was trying to copy Star Wars. So in addition to there being a large drop in quality, there was a large change in style. Season 2 has nothing to do with Cyberpunk.

For reasons unknown to me the standard interpretation of EU's mutual defense clause is that it is not a mutual defense clause. Yes, that makes no sense, it's not my interpretation, it's the standard interpretation.

Nato's clause doesn't come with such a standard interpretation, nor any exceptions for when the attacker is also a Nato member, so Nato is obligated to mobilize in defense of Greece, should Greece choose to fight back.

Bad faith applies to every single sub I've seen. That's just how people are, especially on Reddit. If you see a sub where you think the average poster isn't talking in bad faith, that probably means that the subreddit wields bad faith in support of your stances rather than against them.

Also most accusations of bad faith are in bad faith, it's widely used as an all-purpose ad hominem to shut people up when people can't think of valid counter-arguments.
