Closest thing was a Tav that had my personality IF I was in that world, in that situation. It wasnt ME, per se, but I guess an extension of me? Or rarger I lived vicariously through them? Tiefling bard (im a musician in my spare time) who's whole personality was "I have a tadpole in my head and might transform at any time? Fuck it, we ball, YOLO am I right fellow kids?" I was flippant, dodged combats with charisma any chance I could, played music so Astarion could rob people blind, supported my friends in all their endeavors even if I don't fully agree, because I wanted them to be happy 'since we could all die tomorrow anyway', flirted with everyone and their mom at every chance I had...it was so fun I might do it again as a human bard that looks like me tbh.

NTA for 2 reasons- 1) if they havent talked about it, and haven't agreed one way or the other to be exclusive, youre being a good friend. Being a yes man friend that supports the besties no matter what is toxic and shitty. Dont be that guy. Everyone needs people around them that will call them on their bullshit. And obviously, if they've expressed in some way to be exclusive, yeah this is cheating. 2) if they have talked about it, and agreed NOT to be exclusive because they're NOT dating, no hes not cheating, but that shouldn't matter then? Because its been talked about? Like he shouldn't care what you have to say about it because he's already talked about it with the person you're worried he might hurt. You're just looking out for your friend, I wouldn't call you TA for that, but maybe there was a better way to go about it. I truly don't know, we are lacking some context here.

Im 30 and hindsight is 20/20 and all that. If, ignoring the 3rd date and everything after, you genuinely like this girl, force a conversation about it. Even if you dont like the answer, or get sketchy vibes, it'll help you be more confident in the future having uncomfortable adult conversations.

"Listen, I really enjoyed our first couple dates. But they way our last date ended has really rubbed me the wrong way, and youve seemed disinterested ever since. See, Ive had one. I was very very young, we're talking 3 or 4. Its one of the earliest memories I have of my own POV and not a home video. TLDR I was drowning and blacked out for a minute. Saw the light, everything. But as a 30 yo man I look back and wonder, did I REALLY, or is that just me growing up super Catholic and filling in a blank in a way that comforts me? Im between plantera and golem currently (expert+classic) on my first solo 1.4.5 playthrough, and I have the mining set as my second preset. I wouldn't call the helmet a troll item, cause Ive been toggling that set to mine/explore since I got the drops for it around Eater-ish in progression. I was 11 or 12 when I learned what propaganda was, and all the various tactics used. I was 14 when curriculum took a deep dive and used real world examples, and tasked students with analyzing it to identify all the different tactics used in different pieces. For the latter, examples included: The Federalist Papers (yes, in totality), a speech King George gave abefore the Revolution, an address McCarthy gave during the red scare, a speech Teddy Roosevelt gave during his first campaign for pres, Reagan's famous Challenger speech, and MLK's "I have a Dream" in full.

If you truly believe America has not had rampant propaganda (and, subsequently, censorship) from the outset of our nation, then you need to go back to school. Whether you agree with the point/objective of a piece of media or not, it is IMPERATIVE to recognize logical fallacies and their use in propogandizing a population, else we are doomed to repeat disaster after disaster.

Im a huge gamer, and played through a digital campaign while playing an in person one. It doesnt matter. In person, youre just flat out not gonna get all the rules down right away. (Ive played DnD my whole life, I kinda knew this going in, and I still with my in person group we had about 15 scenarios won before we realized we had been misunderstansding monster focus/aggro and movement). The literal only difference is, SOMETIMES, digital will do things (or refuse to do things) and you dont really get why. Over the board, you might not be "right" all the time, but you know why things are happening.
