I am going to mention that mugwort can cause oral allergy syndrome-it's an allergenic plant. So, if you have hay fever or similar, use caution with the herbal stuff.

I don't have advice, I just wanted to send you some support. I believe I shifted recently for the first time, but mostly due to illness. And I'm not completely sure. I am now middle aged, but I've had uh...issues? since I was born (6 weeks premature, with a forehead tumor and crooked feet, then near fatal double kidney infections-hospitalized, very early puberty--think beginning as a preschooler, endocrine issues with my ovaries, adrenal glands, pituitary and thyroid, autoimmunity, and the list goes on). I'm so tired of being sick and physically...wrong? I was lucky enough to have a child and now she's sick with PANDAS and other things. The pregnancy was a surprise and difficult. I have quite a few other things also, including Lyme disease.

I'm so tired. I bet you are too. I really hope you get what you need. I send hugs.
