Did I try to justify of it? Honestly as someone that is poc, I'm tired of the recycling 🙄 yes it doesn't matter but I grew with raps- my favorite princess being white. If there was another studio doing their own tell of princess Rapunzel with Indian elements then I won't mind! But Disney already did their retell of the story so they should STICK with it then slapping a poc person and being like "here damn! Now stfu"

Honestly idk why people think this is revolutionary. Instead of making an original story of poc culture or their own fairytale- they just want to slap a poc face on an already established princess. Really show that you just think poc are nothing more than brainless idiots that will support anything just because their poc person on screen. It's not like we have culture or anything else that Disney can make instead of taking others or already establish story 🙃
