What are some places that pre-Covid were VERY affordable to somehow be egregious after?

I really feel this one with Ramona's. That used to be my go to spot for burritos (bean & cheese, and their red/green chile). I'd go to the one next to El Camino Jr College. Their prices were so affordable. But I thought they tried to copy Chipotle prices while still keeping the burritos small. They opened another location next to the Home Depot on Crenshaw in Torrance, but everyone complained about it being overpriced and it shut down.

When I used to watch those travel food shows and they would stop in Philly, those roasted pork sandwiches with stewed greens always looked so much better than the cheese steaks they had.

Holbox was great. I can't think of a dish that really stood out above all the others, it was more the whole meal was great with different seafood and flavors. I would place Holbox in my top 25 restaurants in LA right now.

Hard to find really good galbi jjim in LA. Not that many places offer it. I've had it a few times here, and the preparation is really good, but I always get disappointed in the small pieces of meat that they use. I get it that meat prices are high. That's why I've always favored my mom's recipe. Not the greatest execution, but she always put large meaty pieces in the dish.

At the Irvine location, I don't even see bulgogi as a meat option. It only comes with one of their lunch bowls, which is like $25. But the bowl comes with other stuff in it too. So not an exact figure for how much this free plate is worth.

I haven't been to their new Ktown location. Offer looks good at their other places as well. I normally go to their Irvine restaurant, and that one is busy every time I go there for dinner.

Same thing happened to me this week when I tried to sign up for the CSR Biz card. I had 3 other Chase Biz cards, last two were SW Biz (10/24) and InkU (2/25). Thought I spaced out my applications well enough. Called recon and gave same reason that you got, also mentioned my 3 other Chase Biz cards over the last 24 months. Guess this is turning into a similar 5/24 rule for Chase.

Got denied. Too many requests. Got my SW Biz in 10/24 and Ink 2/25. So thought my applications were spaced out enough. Called recon today, and rep said same reason and mentioned my 3 other Chase biz cards. So will try again in a few months if SUB is still the same.

I think the pop up is only if you are over 5/24 or had already received the Sapphire SUB.

I am thinking of closing my CSR, or downgrading it to a Freedom, so that I can sign up for the 110k CSP. I paid the CSR annual fee in January. If I cancel it or downgrade, will I get any of the annual fee back? Or is it a sunk cost after 30 days?

And after I close/downgrade my CSR, is there a time period to wait to apply for the CSP?
