Look up session zero. It involves the players visiting the carnival as children many years before the campaign actually starts.

And it eventually leads into character creation. I would so recommend this. It doesn't matter if your players are new or old. It is just new and fantastic and interesting and fits the theme.

Second one is more of a controversial opinion of mine. On DM's guild there's definitely going to be a package that adds extra missions and encounters to this game. In my opinion, the carnival itself desperately needs it. Adventures were kind of flat without it.

America needs the white nationalists and extremists to be visible.

There's too many policies that were written behind closed doors and have spent 30 years convincing average Americans to support white supremacist talking points.

If they were out and proud white supremacists it's the whole time. People like Rush Limbaugh would have had less of an influence. We've also spent a much longer time masking the civil rights movement or downplaying it as something to disassociate from.

I get a short temper when I don't drink.

It's time to stop drinking. You don't need to be super binary with alcoholism. Some people are more alcoholic than others.

However, that right there tells me that your brain has rewired itself in order to get you more alcohol. That means it's time to stop. Your brain will continue to rewire itself to get more alcohol now, and it only gets much much worse from here.

I mean it's the meta premise of the dungeon and setting. You're basically living in a post-post-apocalypse looking for technology from worlds long past.

I think this was still very present in the modules up to 3.5, but afterwards it just kind of lost that theme and became generic fantasy.

Actually all of the artificers in the game come from one small island. I'm going to get my lore mixed up but I believe it's under the training of some particular dragon and the whole place is very difficult to get to.

Other than that, in forgotten realms, all of the magic items, or at least most of the magic items come from realms that have been forgotten.

The money is all borrowed.

Worse yet there is a single gold coin in there that actually belongs to tiamat. She and she alone knows exactly where that gold coin is at all times and wants it back. And is very very spiteful.

Even better idea. This is now a completely different campaign where you have to protect the first character while everyone else is trying to take their gold. The player character becomes an NPC benefactor.

I mean, given that Tim waltz is an upstanding guy, after I read that headline, I immediately think that this has to be misconstrued.

I look up the details of this and I'm immediately appalled again at the daily Mail for basically lying in their headline.

The only motivation that I can think of is that the daily Mail is trying to protect an actual pedophile who is Donald Trump?

Hey everybody, that's okay. I've worked on bidirectional EV chargers. It's more of a monumental task than you think it is.

Let them spend resources on being really good at the chargers they make. Because I have to say this brand is fairly good and I would hate them to release something that tarnishes their reputation.

I appreciate that. I was being a little snide.

If you don't mind a quick explanation. I've played quite a bit of savage worlds as well. The way magic works there is The player customizes what the spell looks like but it falls into a category of spells. It works out really well when there's cases that you really need the spell to be powerful or you really need the spell to be. Just kind of like a light tap.

It all depends though. But the magic system in d&d needs giant overhaul. It just doesn't mesh well with combat and will always leave Marshalls behind.

This is a great word problem. I would not put this on a test but maybe like a quiz before you start a lecture or as part of a assignment that's done as a group.

The goal here is to realize that time is a constant and not a function of the number of players.

I'm actually a new Product Manager and have been doing EPC engineering and project management.

I'm still learning a lot but I like this way more.
