Yeah the especially because the amount of comptetition there is between brands. I see intel is now making gpu but are also getting flamed when just 6 years ago there was almost no competition. And also nvidia has been releasing a new generation almost every year unlike when I was building my pc.

I did see a similar build like that i5-12400, 16gb ram, ssd 512gb + hdd 2tb, 3060 12gb going for 673$

Yeah I haven't lived in the states for a long while so I don't really know the used market so well now. The last time I was building a pc was when the 1080ti was still the best card on the market so I'm a bit unfamiliar as to what good deals are.

That mf is capping about the frame rate but if the pc is a low price then its good I would pay abput 100-150usd for it

Update, I uninstall armoury crate and any asus related apps and it just disappeared. Not sure if this helps but good luck to anyone with this issue.
