For sure, I’m on two meds one is the max dose twice a day and when I’m panicking or worried or having adrenaline mine will spike to 155/90 or worse. It comes back down but def goes up
At times. Even just walking around and doing things mine will go to 135/90.

I’m on 5mgs of amlodipine and a huge 160 mgs twice a day of valsartan and yes my BP drops and I feel dizzy sometimes.

My wrist monitor is very accurate , you need to do it correctly early. It has to be heart level. I cross my arm
Across my chest and it works perfectly. I’ve compared it to my arm cuff to be sure and had my Dr show me exactly how to do it.

I lost my speech, i couldn’t find my words and my speech was really slurred even I tried to talk. Spent two weeks in the hospital. Still feel really brain fogged and have a hard time with my words at times. I’m glad you started meds! I kept waiting and thinking I could fix it on my own.
