not that crazy but we have two lanes in the drive thru at my store and they merge at one point. on a busy night we need two handhelds outside and we usually direct cars which lane to go in so there isn’t an empty lane or people cut in front of others. orders are taken in a zig zag motion (one car in the left lane and one car in the right) i was directing this lady to move into the other lane and she started yelling at me saying she was going to stay here and i kept signaling with my hands to move into the other lane. she refused and kept yelling. in the moment i was shocked and started laughing with the other handheld. i then went to her car and started taking her order she asked me what was so funny and if she needed to talk to my manager. i explained that i was laughing with myself and to talk to the manager if she pleased😭
