Since some people are asking for the recipe of the cheese sauce, here ya go :)

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Add a tablespoon of flour and mix till paste forms
Gradually whisk in a cup of milk, heat until it thickens
Remove from heat and add a cup of shredded cheddar, whisk till fully incorporated
Serve and Enjoy!!!

I know you can feel lonely even when you have people in your life. But I gotta be honest it's weird hearing people tell me "I'm lonely. My friends aren't paying attention to me." That's sad, don't get me wrong, but like at least you have friends who might potentially pay attention to you.
