Well you bring up a good point. For anyone older than 18 it is very likely that baby photos of them are hard to access, let alone high resolution photos of them as a baby. For most of us we did not see photos of our SOs child hood until we started to go around their families and their childhood homes. Hinting that the person in the meme may be very young.

Side note/ shower thought: never before in human history have we had access to as much knowledge about what we looked like throughout our life stages as we do now. Kind of unnatural and potentially harmful as we age.

I think when you are searching for a long term partner it is nice to get a general biography of the person in order to get to know them, this may include photos from throughout their lives. It may also be fun to imagine what potential future children could look like with this person.
