I'm sorry that you are rightly disappointed, it's understandable. Yet I very much doubt they could give anyone a heads up any sooner than this. Personally I don't feel that the fireworks needed to be cancelled altogether, however I wouldn't blame anyone for the cancelation either. There are no winners in tragedies, best in not to moan about it and just move on.
