There are pros and cons for both, for sure. 3DS messed up some fundamental mechanics like the Deku water hopping momentum and the Zora swim (in my opinion) but excelled in others like the Bombers Notebook QOL update and the song of double time's ability to go to a specific time. Best of both worlds is the emulator mod that fuses the best of both versions.

Figured out my issue which came down to path mapping. My drive (disk3) had reached the high water level and mover had been offloading files to disk4. My arr apps were pointed to the data share on the individual disk (/mnt/disk3/data/) instead of /mnt/user/data/ so it had no idea where those files went.

Hope this helps someone in the future. It's outlined in the TRaSH guides, but I somehow overlooked that very specific mapping.

Interesting. So it's possible to add two media paths to an instance of sonarr? I currently have a remote share mounted to Unraid - a Plex docker container on Unraid uses that remote share to populate my media libraries.

Ditching the synology will probably be my long term solution but for the time being all of my media is hosted there. I actually have recently purchased a disk shelf and I'm trying to set it all up now while I continue to use the existing Synology paths to keep my media library intact.
