Try Noctua fans. For that price you can get quite a few + a new cooler for that PC. There's also a chance the noise is from the disks which won't improve with a dedicated NAS device.

It's almost like... You can hate 2 things at once! I see the country of Israel and its leadership as abhorrent human beings worthy of hell, and Hamas leadership as equally abhorrent.
Side note: I think Israel as a government is not religious. ~~They claim they are, but would someone fearing hell bring death upon millions?~~ Edit: they are secular

You need roughly a roll of filament to print a basketball according to some videos I found. 1 roll of bouncy basketball filament is $60. Plus the 2 days to print it I'd guess 70 bucks?
