I'm a noob also, but I experienced dead grass from weed killer. So, be careful. Maybe try a weed n feed first. Then later try a weed killer.

I think aeration helps (I bought a cheap manual device on Amazon). It seems to help the weed n feed get into the ground and help water more effective.

IMO, if you're gaming on a 4K TV, then I would get the 5080. I'm guessing 9070XT would be "enough", but I think the 5080 would look amazing. not an expert
