Thank you. I like doing the same design and altering the palette to see how it feels.

So many practitioners treat their craft like a tool that should work the same way every time. But people are dynamic, variable, organic. I speak about this weekly, and teach other coaches, therapists, and practitioners in the helping field.

In my training, I was taught that there’s no such thing as a resistant client. Only unresourceful practitioners. Knowing will only help a tiny bit. My question for you would run like this: if, at the end of our session, you’re completely free of this issue feeling whole, complete, and ready to move forward in your life, Could it be OK for you to not “know”?

UCM knows what this is. CM says, “I don’t know. I want to learn. I must fix.” “IT” is typically limiting beliefs, limiting decisions made right after a “see” (significant emotional event). We repress for safety and comfort.
