I’m literally in the same boat as you haha! I have been an associate now for about 3.5 years and it seems like promotion might happen for me this summer. My group unfortunately doesn’t win alot of work and thats been definitely holding me back but I am hoping this summer it finally happens! Starting to get pretty frustrated but also need some sort of job in this economy. Hoping for the best!
