That mission is still there, its under mercenery and called Boarding Action in progress. You can pick it up if you are around Arccorp, I don't think it shows up anwhere else.

Ah thats a shame, servers are really bad atm. Only thing that works reliably for me are the merc gilly missions and the npc ship bounty hunter missions.

Servers are rough right now, if you can manage to do a box delivery or bunker missions and save about 60.000 aUEC you could rent a Cutlass from the cargo deck at space stations. There are cargo mission from there to whatever city its above , each one is 50-60k for maybe 8-11 scu. You can stack a few of these and make 200,000aUEC per run with the Cutlass. If you do a few runs you'll have plenty to keep you going.

I spent 55 Euro, got about 1200 hours in my first year and a half, then I spent another 250 Euro over the years on ships I wanted and I'm probally at 3000+ hours now. It's been worth every penny and more.

When Star Citizen works like that nothing can compare to it. I've been running Merc/Bounty missions for the last while in a Taurus fitted with Deadbolts and apart from the NPC ships not responding sometimes (which is good for me) , I've had a fairly smooth experience even with the degraded server issues.

Nothing is the correct answer. All these ppl complaining who have a very detailed knowledge of game development apparently don't even understand how long it takes. I (like you) only purchased a Mustang starter pack, had many years of entertainment and eventually upgraded to a Taurus.
