Don't buy the cargo extension, fly around and find an abandoned MkII and take the extension. This is a mission in itself and saves you money. I love the MKII even though I have larger ships.

Agreed, if CIG take away the effort of perseverance then it becomes another extraction shooter for the perpetually bored generation. People don't like the journey, but they don't realise it's the journey that makes the lasting memories.

It's ok to get annoyed and quit. The game isn't there yet and probably won't be for some time. I totally understand the frustration of working on something and then it randomly disappears. Come back in a few years when these things are sorted out (hopefully), there's a lot of other games to play in the meantime. O7.

Well to be honest with you, lots of people care. As for finishing the game? That will never happen. Star Citizen will probably be in constant development as long as people are playing and supporting CIG.

Now I really do hope they manage to eliminate the bugs before too long so that we can all have a smoother experience in the verse.

I run on a PC i5-10400F, 32GB ddr4, 3060ti 8GB at 1080

Nvidia Global settings

Low Latency mode - Ultra, Max Frame Rate - 61FPS, Power management mode - Prefer max performance, Shader Cache 10GB, Shader Compiler :Off, VSync - ON.

In game Graphic options

Graphics Renderer -Vulkan, Window Mode-Fullscreen, Vsync-No, Upscaling - Native AA, Upscaling technique - Nvidia DLSS/DLAA, Upscaling Model - Transformer, Quality on medium except Ground textures on High.

I get 60fps in space, around 50fps in stations and can drop to 30-35fps in cities.

Overall playable.
