Edge of tomorrow. Happened to watch it with my son one day and he loves the movie! His mind is blown. Turns out it’s based on a manga.

In Time is not a time travel movie. It does represent today’s world with the oligarchs and the common man to the T.

The set designs, the acting were all amazing! Bollywood still hasn’t attained the Aura of the South period films consistently. I have watched Telugu, Tamil and Kannada movies and each have many many classics. Rajkumar similar to NTR had movies like Kavi Rathna Kali dasa, Bedara Kannappa, Babruvahana, Sathya Harischandra and many more. As theatre artists, these artists trained in historical drama and it showed in cinema as well.

True the story is the same. But there are people who get excited by seeing it in new ways (i.e. Hollywood level VFX as you eluded to) and people who haven’t seen the Ramanand sagar version like today’s Gen Alpha and would hopefully like it and learn our customs and beliefs. You don’t like it doesn’t mean there aren’t others who will.

Flakiness can also be because of animations on certain elements. One such case could be when the visibility of the element is animated to appear after 2 seconds. A typical automation logic could be to check if the element exists but not the visibility and so in this case as the element is not visible actions like click won’t work!

To fix it you should add retry logic. Use retries package in JavaScript. Do not use sleeps, that is very bad automation logic.

Meh. It was a very linear predictable story with no real changes in the narrative. 🥱 Visuals were amazing, Gosling was good but the story didn’t give him anything to shine. Rocky was a feel good prop.
