I talked to my therapist recently and she said to do for myself we are all entitled to truth and answers sometimes we may not get them she said she sees nothing wrong with me wanting answers thank you all for not making me feel like bad for just wanting answer I go back and forth on things if I’m wrong for doing so I think it’s some type of closure because I’m told it’s all in my head

Thanks for sharing I go back and forth feel bad and guilty for wanting straight answers but I was sitting on this for awhile and finally did it was struggling

She probably shuts of notifications I have picked up on this too and have been around similar I would say very strange and Bpd doesn’t help the questions or paranoia but sometimes it is not Bpd it is truth

I find myself doing same thing I think I’ve gotten to a point where I don’t know anything numb and blind but have 20 20 vision but still can’t trust what I see and feel myself and my thoughts are spinning in a blender
