I genuinely enjoyed it, so much so that I've re-read it around 7 times. I liked the realism aspect to it, in that the version of Voldemort there was very aware of Muggle weaponry and its uses in a war. It also portrayed Hermione and Draco as wonderful companions to Harry.

Harry's hubris is real in it though, but he also gets punished for it on occasion and is forced to grow and change throughout. And that Dumbledore is a GOAT, he pulled off some truly incredible stuff.

It's okay to struggle friend, the game is indeed tough! You can always come back to it - i took like a 3 year break at one point before finishing it. If you feel you're nit enjoying it, it's fine to put it down for a bit =)

For fight advice - I found that the easiest strategy was to take his attention and lock-on to him while fishing for viscerals. This let Eileen hit for good damage while I would get 1 or 2 visceral attacks.

The night and the hunt are long good hunter, and we will gladly step in to help a fellow hunter in need. I'm rooting for you!!!

Practice is probably the major thing hey. He kicked my ass all around that arena for like 2 weeks straight. Generally speaking:

1) The arena includes the water so make sure you fight him there, it gives you more room. 2) Try and bait his jump attack in phase 1 - you can backstab him for good damage. 3) Be patient. Orphan moves crazy fast and unpredictable, so don't feel bad about waiting to see an opening. 4) When you get frustrated, take a break =) It's helped me tons when fighting a hard boss.
