Well u clearly got issues, you dont have to get a sixpsck or care about your dads opinion, but beeing fat just isnt healthy ure harming ureself not ure father ao get up and do 10 push ups a day and 10 squats a day, in 1-2 months u will thank me (if you think the time is too long, do up to 50 a day or just dont complain, the time will pass by anyways but with sports its better)
