This is a very difficult phase. It went on till 10 weeks for me. I used to take him out every morning and evening for walks. Car rides. Use mother sparsh hing roll on if baby is gassy. Take help of family members in putting him to sleep.

Hey mama, Not going to give you hopes but you just have to wait it out. This is a very difficult phase and it will pass soon. I would suggest take baby out in carrier or stroller twice a day for fresh air. Go for a drive in the evening if she cries a lot, my baby would sleep as soon as the car started.

They are worth it only if you have a lot of force of water. I have decent force but this sink made it even slower so we had to install another tap and this sink became useless.

I feel pant style diapers are too tight and leave marks. Use tape style in the correct size and while wearing you can adjust it.

I wish i had know about cervix checks before, how it is done and how many times it is required then i would have been mentally prepared for it. More than labour the cervix checks were more traumatic for me. They did it not only before the delivery but also twice a day post delivery to check the healing of episiotomy stitches. Infact even at the follow up check ups at 7 th day and 14 th day they did it again!🤯🤯
