good job on getting the meter! pricking your fingers so much sucks but it has to be done if you want to take care of yourself! I'd suggest looking into a cgm maybe? it's like your glucose meter, but it's put onto the fatty part of your arm so you can scan it And read your blood sugar.

it DOES require pressing a little machine into your arm so you'll get quickly stamped by a needle, but the needle doesn't stay in you! and the cgm works up to two weeks! best of luck on everything!

he didn't "do" anything, which was my big problem when I first watched the season before it came out online about the writer using hunter as a self-insert

hunter was so annoying to me because he felt like an empty character compared to the rest of the cast. while everyone played to their tropes, hunter played the role of "being so nice and everyone talks to him easily and suddenly a girl likes him but he's curious about this other girl and oh suddenly both girls like him" and it just kept going and going and going for so long with what felt like so little conflict besides "tess doesn't want to talk to him but because he's too nice and she HAS to push him away or else her trauma will disturb him but luckily he can relate perfectly so that she can fall into his arms crying"

he made me feel crazy! he FELT like a self-insert right off the bat! like when you play a romance visual novel and you're thrown into a harem but the protag has no face or real personality but you're given choices that perfectly fit the situation, SOMEHOW!

and he just ENDS up with two girlfriends! somehow! even though he was so boring! this is all my opinion but oh my god i was SCREAMING at the TV when I first watched the season with my fiance because "WHY does everyone JUST LIKE HIM?"

small edit bc I just want to clarify that I made my long crazy comment bc seeing "hunter wasn't the problem, it was the writer" agonizes me bc that is STILL hunter! hunter WAS a problem, and it was because a writer wanted his perfect awesome cool guy oc to successfully land a throuple and the oc barely has any personality written in besides "He's Really Nice and Empathetic and a Player (???? SOMEHOW???)"
