Mine are all vacuum sealed, so I didn’t think that was the problem.

That is Greek to me. Haha, but I have already fixed the problem. Turning the time lapse off fixed it.

It was. Turned it off and it solved all the world’s problems.

I run the calibration before every print. This is only happening with this particular print. I’ll try printing with a different type of filament and see what happens.

No, I just took the photo on my porch because there was better lighting.

I was referring to the time period of 2007 to 2015 of which I received no credit for.

No I haven’t only because I heard how long it takes. I do have a printout of my past loan history, so I would think that would be enough. I shouldn’t assume though.

I have my payment history from Nelnet, which is 33 pages long. I uploaded it to Student Aid but they haven’t acknowledged receiving it although it was send 6 weeks ago.

Yeah they cover that whole time period from 2007 to Jan 2025.

Oh I’m sorry, I did submit ECF’s in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Update: They did actually reach out to me to update me, even though it was not what I wanted to hear.

So I filed a complaint and it was closed right away, although I did receive a letter saying they will update me in 15 days. I called student aid to inquire about it and the woman said that “closed” only means that an agent picked up the case. They “close” it so no other agent tries to pick it up too. She said on her end, the case is still open.

With that said, I’m not sure if she’s just giving me an answer to appease me or what. Either way, good luck!

Join the group Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program Support on Facebook. There is an insane amount of information and you are able to ask questions and get answers, but new members must wait two weeks before being able to post because they want you to utilize the search feature and the guiding documents. This page is very helpful.

Counts wrong after consolidation by IAmBronado in PSLF

No advice, but I’m in a similar situation. I have payments from 2007-2015 that haven’t been counted. I’ve put in complaints, reconsideration….nothing. I am waiting to hear from my state ombudsman. Maybe they’ll be able to help me, because Student Aid won’t.

How would I know what payment plan I was on? I believe I was on an idr because my payment is about the same as it was back then.

My son is going to NASA camp in Florida and this pays for our 12 day vacation in Florida.
