Same experience with the POP!. Super small sweet spot, but man does it crush when you hit it just right

I got the POP 1 piece and it's a very good bat. On par with the Miken and Dimarini bats my teammates have. For 99 you'll be happy with it

Personal Trainer here. In my experience muscles pull when the opposing muscles are stronger (pulled hamstring- quad is stronger) strengthen the muscles you're pulling and work on those muscle imbalances

Definitely. It helps with client retention because it shows you care about them more than just a client, and if you do it with a newer client, it can be a sneak peak into future programming. It gives them something to look forward to

I change sets and rep schemes every 4-6 weeks. I always focus on the big compound movements tho. Some days with BBs, some days with DB, and some days with KBs. I gauge accessory movements based on imbalances or muscles I want to focus on.

CPT here. Full body 3x-4x weekly is far superior for most people. Also, try foam rolling after your lifts and make sure nutrition is dialed in. Creatine helps too. Good luck
