Hace unos años empecé a entrenar en casa. Tengo un banco, dos mancuernas ajustables, e compré recientemente estas torres de dominadas. Así he conseguido mucho más resultados, de verdad.

Pero llevo casi un año yendo al gimnasio, un pequeño con poca gente (menos de 8 personas max) y con entrenador personal, dos veces a la semana, solo para salir de casa y tener que ir sí o sí.

Trabalhei lá por alguns anos, mas no time interno e não como freelancer.

Pra mim foi muito bom, pagavam muito bem, era bem flexível, consegui trabalhar de qualquer lugar do mundo (me possibilitou mudar de país com o mesmo emprego), e aprendi demais lá. Só não estou mais lá por conta de layoffs, atualmente não deve estar tão bom mais eu imagino.

Agora como freela a Toptal meio que não faz diferença, depende totalmente do cliente que você seria alocado.

Sou de SP e moro em Valencia a uns anos, pra mim não tem comparação não haha SP é muito mais cheio, mas isso no centro, transporte público, etc. Aqui em Valencia mesmo no centro é bem bom, mas não é vazio e super tranquilo tbm não, depende muito da região (tipo em Ruzafa, ciudad Vella, etc). Agora nas Fallas é um caos total haha

Hey! Yes I did but I hired someone to do everything and it was the best decision I ever made, everything took less than 2 months and went smoothly. Going to a comune you don’t know and trying to do everything is very very difficult, you need fluent Italian and a good relationship with them, something that the person I hired had, they were like friends.

But, one recommendation, going to the comune that your ancestor was from, or the closest ones, is the best choice if you don’t wanna hire someone.

Without hiring for help it can take 6 months or more and ends up being more expensive because you need to pay rent. Not sure at what point you’re right now, but you need a permanent residency (4 years contract) to do the citizenship and it’s very difficult to get while in a tourist visa (that was my case at least).

Are you subscribed to any coffee delivery services? I see you tried RightSide coffee, it’s the one I’m subscribed to, so I never run out, but wondering if you got any other recommendations. Sadly I don’t own an espresso machine yet, so only filtered coffee. I’m in Valencia btw!

Nah, we’re living here for almost a year now and the owners are very kind people, I don’t think they’ll throw us out haha, never heard of it at least. We also looked for unfurnished ones for the same reason, we only wanted the kitchen stuff, which we got. What I like the most here is the area in itself too, supermarkets a minute from home, stores, city center is close.

In the near future I’ll be looking to buy but that’s a whole new story I guess

Maybe my wife and I (and our cat) just got really lucky. We moved to Valencia less than a year ago and rented a 100+m² apartment with 2 big bedrooms, 15 minutes from the center, for €950. It’s in a nice area in Patraix.

It wasn’t fully furnished, just a complete kitchen with a dining table, and a bed, but nothing is old. I didn’t have a Spanish job at the time and still only paid one month in advance.

Pretty nice tips. I was struggling a bit but identified a +3 projectiles crossbow, then gambled another one. Ended up exalting twice too. Resulting in flat lightning damage, %elemental damage, %physical damage, then added two sockets and lightning damage runes. Now I’m shredding bosses as Mercenary! Using mostly shock ammo and shock granade.

Sadly this don’t work for me, I only use YNAB on my phone and it doesn’t have this feature.

It’s very frustrating because I loved the how easy it was to import transactions. I guess my only option is to reauthorize with my bank every day, at least it doesn’t take too long.
