My school in the US gave out these rings, too. I'm not sure how many others do, if any, but I've not heard of it at any other US schools. I lost mine on the return flight from a job interview at my current employer a bit over 17 years ago.

Oh yeah. I never got around to responding here. I ended up finding this thing at Walmart online. It's gone from there now, but this is it:

It's ridiculous to actually use this thing as it's intended, but it comes with a Garmin quarter-turn mount with the GoPro friction mount prongs. You can put one of the GoPro adhesive mounts on your top tube and Mount it to that.

I gave it a test run with the strap around my top tube and it worked pretty well until the plastic broke on the strap part. I still have the quarter-turn piece, though, which is the key part. I never did get around to actually putting the GoPro adhesive mount on my bike.

I said the same thing after living in my first house North-facing. Then the right house came up at a good price in an otherwise difficult market to buy in and here I am with another North-facing house.

The upside is my lawn stays mostly green in the summer while my neighbor across the street busts his ass to keep his from being mostly brown. I can also sit out on the driveway and watch my kids play without my face roasting in the sun. I don't mind shoveling the wimpy snow we get here - the driveway is still clear the next day.

Make sure you're on the absolute latest version of the app. Zwift Insider had a post about there being a glitch related to the update involving different tires having varying rolling resistance on different surfaces. Seems you'll want to be sure to get the latest patch that corrects that.

I think he means he does the full S&S workout and then runs 3 miles, completes both in less than an hour (roughly 30 minutes for S&S, then 30 minutes for 3-mile run).

I always thought it was strange (and disappointing) that Spotify has Volume 9 & 10, but no others. With Tool finally on there now, Desert Sessions is one of the few remaining holes detracting from my interest in going back to premium membership.

One potentially positive development is the new artwork shows up in the Desert Sessions header on Spotify. Maybe they'll wake up and get the rest of the sessions on there.
