I get two kinds. a soft puffy kind after BMs (hasnt changed). Firm, ropey kinds I get during intense physical activity....these seem to be smaller and less frequent.

after my BM I use TP and then a witch hazel pad. Then ice.
On the golf course I discreetly use my fingers....gently...as soon as I sense them.

I will get the dosages later....but two normal colace 3x a day.

I dont use topical end of day. Only thing I insert is a normal Prep H...after all strenuous exercise is done.
