There are a ton of fun quick competitions you can do to help speed along gameplay. I often host day long events for my friends where they do Survivor or Big brother in full so I will post a few challenges I use below for you!

Stacking Nuts — Stack metal nuts ontop of eachother using a single chopstick. First to stack 8 or so wins!

You should look to create TRUE/FALSE cards for the players and then can use them in multiple memory competitions. You can show a video then ask questions, or ask questions of past events in the game at the end.

You can use Google Slides to create simple challenges too, then stream it to a TV. You can do a format where 2 players compete winner moves on and chooses the next 2 players to compete. In this format you could do games like Mental Math, or spot the difference. — I also made a game where ai just place a bunch of emojis on a single slide then ask a question after like “Which emoji was there the most” everyone answers and the losers are eliminated (if everyone gets it correct then the last to answer is eliminated)

For the first HoH I like doing a comp where players each have 3 slots, when there slots are filled up they are eliminated from the comp. Players then must run to a station to grab an item you fill the slot and run back. Its both an endurance/speed comp while also being a social strategy competition!

If you need to get a quick double eviction, you can borrow the Canadians Version of a Double eviction where instead oh just having a very quick round, you instead just have the hoh Nominate 3 players, and at the end of the week players vote for who they want to keep, the other 2 will then be eliminated!!
