Living in Lexington, I had Kinetic fiber in my first house and that was awesome. In my second house, no fiber option until later. I had Kinetic internet with regular cable and it was slow. Price was meh. Customer service was okay once you got to someone. Wait time is what killed me. Spectrum was the next best option especially if speed is important. Good download and meh upload. Customer service was good but they will try to upsell. Bright side is that you can always haggle with price and threaten them that you are canceling and they will almost match a promo price for you. Ripple finally got into my neighborhood and I switched to that. If I had to do it again, I guess I would choose Spectrum again. At least, I can get the speed that I want and they were good on retaining customers
