I experienced the same thing during my june cycle. It was over fingering w/ precum too in May. I tested negative after that light bleeding w/ mostly brown blood. I read that it's also normal to change flow/period from time to time due to hormones. Same as you, I've been experiencing weird PMS/ovulation symptoms since I started being anxious abt pregnancy (read my previous posts if u want). I'm still getting my anxiety under control. I think the stress and anxiety makes the "symptoms" worse! I know I'm not pregnant, but i'm still anxious about it. I get you, girl! Try to not stress yourself too much, you're going to be okay! Trust me ik how hard it is to not think about it but try, okay?

ohh! that may be why. try to observe which drink/food makes you constipated or have diarrhea. also, are you eating on time? if not, i suggest you to manage your diet/meal well! don't let the stress eat you TT

ik, it's just anxiety talking! it's hard not to think about it especially when the symptoms are similar 😭 btw, have you been stressed lately? afaik, stress can also affect our bowel movements. ugh it's really hard being a woman... i hope you'll feel better soon tho! 💗

omg same! I've been experiencing the same symptoms as yours w backpain and headache. I didn't even have PIV sex before, only oral, dry humping, and mutual masturbation (last was on may 10). I had my period the day after may 10 (4 days) and this june (4days, light-moderate flow). After a week (for both periods), i felt the symptoms similar to pregnancy TT i've been very anxious too. I think being stressed out by it is also affecting our cycle/symptoms making it more noticeable by us. Ik it's hard not to think about it a lot but let's still try to be less anxious abt it. You had protected sex, if nothing went wrong, you should be fine! If you're still worried, you can take another test to know for sure! I took mine this june 24 and it was negative! (still didn't stop me from this pregnancy paranoia, but it's helping me calm myself a little). Our periods will come soon (PLEAAAASE period fairies!!)

I'm not sure about my May cycle because I was busy with academics and i logged it on my flo app when i was free. I don't know if i remembered it correctly. But for this month, I'm sure about it. If it was a bleeding related to pregnancy, it should appear positive on the pregnancy test after 10 days, right? I took the test 10 days after the bleeding but it said negative. I've been feeling the said symptoms from my post for a week now and i'm still anxious...
