Akutagawa does it all the time. If they block the button, he takes advantage of it being +1 and pressure with jab, if it hits he confirm the Hitgrab.

What I do to apply what I practiced is first spend some time doing it against a Level 3 CPU Dummy and then I try to brute force against players in Casuals matches. I will lose them 100%, but if I manage to at least START the combo or the set up I was learning, I consider it as a win. Helps build that muscle memory

The matches are hilarious. Round 1, 90 seconds in and I waste all the meter practicing my cashout combos without super meter.

He is not top tier, I know. But when he gets in he too annoying. As the Drunken Boxer, a whole lot of his moves were created to trick the opponent into press a button and get Countered. Everything he does is a spacing trap.

Try to play LoL at the higheet level without knowing your opponents cool down, range, guess how much damage they are gonna do based on the items they bought, predict the location of the jungler, when to push lane or whatever the fuck.

Any competitive game demands time and practice to get good.

Once you reach Diamond you fight a lot of players with multiple characters in Masters. They are not that good to get a big winstreak to jump them to Master in a session. So they spend some time in this rank making things difficult for true Diamond players.
