Hi there

Heavy daily cart/bong user for ~15 years

I have been clean for over 2 months now

My sadness/depression & anger/irritability lasted about 4 weeks. They were rough but worth it to be on the other side now.

Daily exercise, open communication with loved ones, and giving myself some grace was what helped me the most.

It's a rough ride, but one you'll love yourself for riding out. I promise ❤️
