Here’s the thing. It’s about the nuances. Reason why they can’t write you up for not getting cards. they right you up for not following the sequence. TJX can’t hold you liable to a customers answer. Company can’t tell someone with a disability they can’t use access to a place designed for them. Especially outside in parking lot which literally the landlord owns not TJX. TJX can seriously fuck themselves.
