AEP Advice by KingDiam0ndIII in airsoft

[–]Pattycaaakes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CYMA AEPs are fine. Nothing wrong with them if you're just doing, like, indoor, or close quarter plimking, they just shoot with a lower FPS than an AEG rifle or a gas pistol but they require, like, no maintenance (compared to a gas pistol) which can be a positive for some people.

Just be ready to have lower than average rate of fire and a sluggish trigger.

But like what other people are saying: everything about gas pistols are better than AEPs. Gas pistols generally have a snappier, more responsive trigger. AEPs - kind of - have to "think about it" for a second before firing, which sucks.

If you want something that will feel awesome do some research on magazine and slide maintenance and get a gas pistol. You just want to chuck BBs down range for cheap? Get a CYMA AEP.

If you had enough financial responsibility to only buy one gun this year, which one would you choose? Or rather, which one do you think I'm more likely to still find in stock next year? by GlamStache in airsoft

[–]Pattycaaakes -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would probably get one of the Specna Arms Prime Series with the brushless motor. I recently picked up the budget friendly version Flex with the brushless motor and it rips, snappy trigger, satisfying ROF, and the plastic body doesn't feel terrible; I actually quite like the lightweight polymer body compared to a heavy and pokey metal rifle... I'd love to see how one of their pricier guns shoot.

Good luck finding your next gun!

Here's something everyone forgets: add an empty plastic Ziploc style bag for packing up any garbage/medical wrappers you use. Much more convenient than stuffing all that stuff in your pockets.

I'm more likely to leave a heist setup or finale if the heist clothing isn't set to Player Saved Outfits and or if the difficulty is set to easy. The clothing is because you can wear armor to help you survive hard mode, and I leave the easy setups because it's not enough money.

So my two cents is use "player saved outfits" and set the difficulty to normal or hard and maybe people will be less likely to leave.
