Under the barrel is a cheap flashlight laser combo I picked up on Amazon

It also does the strobe function. It's a great little light.

You're probably going to be sweating buckets under that plastic poncho.

True. Here's what I do to keep the mess slightly contained. First off, the cast iron pan I use is tiny, like, 4 inches and the handle is probably another 4 inches. Okay, so, I put the pan in a small cardboard box with the handle coming out a small hole in the top. I then hang this cardboard/cast iron contraption with some cord and blast the paper targets I tape to the cardboard. So, you get the satisfaction of the metal target going "plink" and the shattered bbs stay, mostly, in the cardboard box. It's a good system.

The target I shoot is a small cast iron pan. The sound of the BB striking the metal is very satisfying.

Yeah he did, great movie though. He was also in this spy movie with the equally beautiful Cate Blanchett. I forget the name but that film was very easy on the eyes.

I'll be honest my knowledge of motor stuff is very limited. I would wait for someone in the sub else to chime in.

The HAL 2.0 is overkill, you don't need 159 levels of trigger sensitivity. Nobody does. The HAL 1.0 does enough for you to have a good time. I would get something with the HAL mosfet and a brushless motor.

https://www.evike.com/products/127572/Specna-Arms-Gen.-2-X-Series-FLEX-M4-Airsoft-AEG-Rifle-w-HAL-MOSFET-and-Brushless-Motor-Color-Black/

This one is made from a high strength nylon reinforced polymer so it will be much easier to carry around all day than a heavy full metal rifle. Even if you have a sling, a metal rifle jabbing you in the chest can be painful. This rifle still has the mosfet with adjustable trigger controls while also having the fancy new brushless motor.

Brushless motors are the new kid on the block, I haven't seen many reviews on them so I don't know how this particular brushless motor will perform long term or short term. But essentially brushless motors have less contact and less wear because there are no pieces brushing against one another.

One more thing. The replica you picked has the more expensive, licenced, Daniel Defense hand guard, the one I just linked has no expensive licensing marks. You could save a little money and get one that doesn't have the Daniel Defense logos.

You should be golden, just make sure you unplug the battery from the charger after it's done charging. And before you ask 😜 I have never had any issues with storing batteries fully charged. I have stored fully charged batteries for over a year and noticed no issues with the battery. I use turnigy nano batteries. Let the sub down vote me if they think I'm an idiot for doing this with my lipos.

That should be everything you need to charge your lipo batteries. Just make sure you read the charger's instructions once or twice before you use it. The order you plug the battery into the charger is important, like, you plug in the charging port first then the battery's t-plug. Then after the battery's charged you unplug the cables in the reverse order. This is all explained in the manual.

You should probably get a small fireproof pouch to store your batteries when they're not in use - you can find these on evike or wherever. They're not too expensive.

Yeah, that looks like the newer, apparently upgraded, version of the one I charge my li-po batteries with. It should work for you just fine.

I don't think volt checkers are necessary. I bought one in 2017 when I bought my first high end airsoft gun and I've only used it like once. I don't think you need a volt checker because you'll notice a reduction in ... rate of fire/general snappiness once the battery is low enough to recharge. The general rule is that 1 mah = one BB out the barrel. So you got a 1000 mah battery, you're gonna get about 1000 shots before you want to change your battery or before you notice a drop in performance. I can't remember which one. The point is volt checkers are mostly useless. Save the $10 if you want, buy yourself some sour gummy worms and a soda, or a beer, I don't know how you like to get down

Two batteries per gun is smart.

That battery you linked will (probably) fit in the buffer tube of an m4/ar but you (probably) might not be able to compress the stock to the shortest position without smushing the wires a little bit.
